About Liz
Joining Jayva’s expanding APAC division as Senior Implementation Consultant in 2024, Liz liaises closely with clients to provide the services needed to get LEAP up and running in their businesses, comprising everything from compatibility audits and data transfer, to quality checks and training, plus lots more in between.
In addition to these Implementation Consultant-type responsibilities, Liz has managerial duties whereby she acts as an escalation point for complex queries, account manager for large projects, deputy for project managers and trainer for employee upskilling. Ultimately, Liz is committed to delivering exceptional client service – her role is designed to ensure this happens always.
With a career spanning two decades (and counting!) working for legal software suppliers and legal practices, as well as earning impressive legal qualifications, Liz knows better than anyone how to improve workplace systems and transform processes by staying ahead of technology advances and implementing market-leading solutions. Liz’s phenomenal software skills and strong background in LEAP position her ideally to empower law offices to operate smarter by maximising the resources at their fingertips.
In her spare time, Liz loves nature’s riches and can regularly be found bushwalking, bird-watching and gardening, to name a few of her pastimes. She’s currently on the lookout for the pink robin, and carefully cultivating her pom pom flowers and roses.
