Duties & responsibilities
Project Management of U.S. Firms.
Client, Business Partner, and Third-Party Liaison:
Serve as the point of contact for U.S. customer base, set project requirements and goals, and liaise with in-house team to ensure successful and efficient execution of client deliverables; and
Communicate with business partners and third parties regarding any mutual deadlines and deliverables.
Project Design and Implementation:
Build, adapt, and apply differing project protocols to client projects based on size, complexity, and location;
Identify resources needed for each project, selecting the project team from staff and consultants, creating project budget, and choosing vendors or other third parties for assistance;
Ensure timely delivery of each project within budget by coordinating workflow across project team members, managing resolution of issues within projects, identifying and implementing required modifications of project plans, and monitoring project milestones in line with budgetary resources; and
Prepare and present project review to U.S. Business Manager, including lessons learned and feedback.

Global Project Analytics:
Collate and analyze all Project Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) for all Global Business Units including Ireland, United Kingdom, United States, and New Zealand;
Analyze the results and prepare associated calculations and results in order to provide Key Management Information;
Prepare and present monthly to the Global Management Team, KPI information and trends relating to each business unit for the agreed project metrics;
Monitor and alert the Global Management team to any firms approaching or exceeding budgeted costs;
Assist the Global Management Team with Revenue Forecasting based on Project KPIs and trends; and
Participate in the production of the Global 3-year plan for Revenue and Capacity financials.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Global Business or Closely Related Field;
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Apps.
