Her work spans developing global standards and governance frameworks, leading innovation and automation initiatives, and enhancing data quality and reporting. By identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions, she’s helping to create a more connected, consistent and high-performing organisation.

Her efforts are felt across our business – simplifying systems, improving alignment and enabling our teams to work more effectively, with a direct positive impact on the service our clients receive.
