About Alexandra


 

Alexandra supports the technical and operational aspects of Jayva’s client projects, assisting with system onboarding, process automation, and ongoing customising and maximising of internal tools. Her role bridges the gap between people, processes and technology – ensuring that new solutions are implemented seamlessly and that clients can work more efficiently as a result.

Alexandra uses skills from her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with Finance and Level 5 CMI Leadership and Management Certificate to bring experience in business operations, financial management and project delivery across our global team.

Before joining Jayva, Alexandra gained several years of experience in the financial services sector where she developed a passion for simplifying complexity and improving efficiency through data-driven insight and process design. She also spent time travelling internationally, enhancing her adaptability, cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities – skills that now serve her well in a global consultancy and training environment.

Alexandra brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything she does, helping to drive smarter operations and meaningful change across Jayva’s international projects.
