Welcoming talent to Team Jayva: Meet our new starters

2025 is proving to be a year of growth, connection and exciting new beginnings at Jayva. As our global operations continue to expand, we’re delighted to introduce five brilliant new team members who joined us over the summer, each bringing unique skills and fresh perspectives to the business.

Meet our newest colleagues

Ian Singleton – Project Manager & Data Migration Specialist

A familiar face to many in our UK team, Ian first worked with Jayva’s leadership during his Norwel days back in 2011. With deep expertise in data migration and project management, he has hit the ground running, reconnecting with old colleagues and leading client implementations with precision and enthusiasm.

Patrick Maloney – Implementation Consultant

Patrick brings a wealth of experience in legal technology, regulatory compliance and business transformation. Based in America, he guides our clients through every stage of system selection, customisation and training – ensuring seamless software adoption and long-term success.

Maddie Trotta – Implementation Consultant

Also joining our busy American division, Maddie combines legal experience with strong project delivery skills. Having progressed from legal assistant to paralegal before joining Jayva, she’s passionate about helping law firms harness technology to improve compliance, efficiency and client service.

Leilah Wilson – Project Coordinator & Business Administration Assistant

Leilah joined as a Business Administration Apprentice and now supports our global projects through coordination, communication and operational excellence. Known for her positivity and organisation, she plays a vital role in maintaining smooth client delivery and is already a key member of our project management function.

Oberon Simpson – Technical Assistant

Oberon is working as a Technical Assistant alongside his BA studies in Politics at the University of Liverpool. He assists our technical team with project setup, data management and client systems, gaining invaluable industry experience while contributing to our ongoing innovation and efficiency goals.

Celebrating growth, teamwork and opportunity

We’re incredibly proud of how our company continues to evolve – and of the talented individuals who choose to grow with us. Our international operations are powered by people who share our commitment to excellence, innovation and collaboration.

Here’s to growth – and to the people who make it happen

As we move through the rest of the year, we’re supporting our new staff’s development and wellbeing. To Ian, Patrick, Maddie, Leilah and Oberon – welcome to Jayva. We’re so glad to have you on board.
