With a background that merges legal and technical know-how, Patrick excels at bridging the gap between legal practice and software workflows. He listens to client needs, offers best-fit solutions, tailors software and delivers hands-on training so that users feel confident from day one. His commitment is not just to “go live”, but to ensure sustained technology adoption over time. Patrick’s passion lies in seeing businesses implement modern tools and truly leverage them – making operations smoother, compliance stronger and performance clearer.
Having graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and legal studies, Patrick began his legal career working for a boutique personal injury law firm in downtown Boston, and progressed to working at an AM200 law office before making the switch to join Jayva. His legal background positions Patrick perfectly to assist clients with system implementation backing alongside broader change management and business transformation support – as he understands their perspectives and challenges from first-hand experience.
When not working, born and raised a Boston sports fan, Patrick lives for the highs and lows of the game, supporting his teams with pride, loyalty and a little bit of classic Boston grit. Whether it’s baseball in the summer, football Sundays, or playoff hockey and basketball, Patrick is all in, as he believes Boston sports aren’t just a pastime, they’re part of who he is. When not taking in sporting events, you can often find him on the golf course enjoying 18 holes with friends.
