Celebrating 10 years of Viona McCormack
There are milestones that deserve more than a quick mention – and Viona McCormack’s ten-year anniversary is certainly one of them.
Viona is our longest-serving employee and over the past decade she’s made an enormous contribution to Jayva, our clients and the wider team. But for many of us, celebrating Viona isn’t just about recognising ten years at Jayva. It’s also about celebrating friendships that go back much further – with some team members having known Viona for 25 years.
Ten years of growth and achievement
When Viona first joined Jayva, the business – and her role within it – looked very different. We’ve watched her progress from one stage of her career to another, building an impressive depth of experience along the way. The difference really is remarkable.
Today, Viona’s confidence, knowledge, expertise and, perhaps most importantly, her patience with clients are qualities that have made her such a valued member of the team.
Her diary is always busy, and there’s a very good reason for that. Clients appreciate Viona’s expertise and regularly come back to work with her again, with many specifically asking for “our Vee”. That kind of loyalty says a lot. It reflects not only the knowledge Viona has built over the years, but also the relationships she’s developed with clients and the trust they place in her.
A contribution worth celebrating
Ten years is a significant milestone, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything Viona’s contributed during that time. She’s supported countless clients, shared her knowledge with colleagues and played an important part in our company’s growth.
While we’re proud to celebrate what Viona’s achieved professionally, we also want to express thanks for all those years of friendship and the good times along the way. Some colleagues become friends. Some friendships last long before you become colleagues. In Viona’s case, we’re lucky enough to have both.
Here’s to the next chapter
A ten-year anniversary is a chance to look back, but it’s also an opportunity to look ahead. We’re incredibly lucky to have Viona and are excited to see what the next chapter brings.
