Looking ahead to ALPMA Summit 2026: Connecting people, technology and the business of law
We’re heading to Geelong next month for the 2026 ALPMA + ALTACON Business of Law Summit, taking place from 9th to 11th September at the Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre.
This leading legal practice management and legaltech conference brings together law firm leaders, technology specialists and industry experts from across Australasia to explore the ideas and developments shaping the future of the business of law – and we’re proud to be part of it.
We’re attending as part of the L3 team, with our partners at LC Consulting and DigiMaster. You’ll find us on Stand 77, where we’ll be meeting delegates, catching up with clients and sharing some of the practical experience we’ve gained from supporting firms through technology change and digital transformation.
Three days focused on the business of law
What makes the ALPMA Summit particularly interesting is its broad focus. While technology is naturally a major part of the programme, the event is about much more than software.
That breadth reflects something we see regularly in our work: successful technology projects aren't simply about selecting or implementing the right system. They depend on people, processes, culture, leadership and a clear understanding of what a firm is trying to achieve.
We’re particularly interested in hearing how Australian and New Zealand firms are responding to these challenges, and what this tells us about the direction of the sector more broadly.
