Bringing Jayva together: Celebrating growth, collaboration and the future
At Jayva, our success has always been built on people. The knowledge, commitment and experience of our team enable us to support law firms in getting the very best from their legal technology – whether through consultancy, implementation support, training or ongoing guidance.
On Friday 24th July, colleagues from across the UK and Ireland came together in Manchester for our regional business update event. With teams working across different locations, these opportunities to connect face-to-face are an important part of maintaining the shared purpose that defines Jayva.
Reflecting on growth and evolving our services
Friday’s event allowed us to share updates from across the business, recognise company-wide achievements and discuss how we continue to evolve as an organisation.
We remain focused on understanding the challenges law firms face and developing the resources and support needed to help them succeed. From software installations and tailored training to workflow improvements and technical support, we’re refining our services around the needs of our clients.
The day highlighted the breadth of expertise across our team. Our consultants, cashiers, trainers, project managers and support colleagues each bring specialist know-how and skill-sets, empowering legal professionals to make the most of their existing systems.
Celebrating our people
A key part of the day was acknowledging the individual contributions that make Jayva what it is.
Behind every successful project is a team of people who care about delivering the right outcomes. Our colleagues combine unrivalled expertise with a genuine understanding of the day-to-day realities facing legal practices, so we can assist clients with navigating change, building confidence and utilising their systems effectively.
We also thanked our CEO, Nicola Moore-Miller, whose leadership, guidance and unwavering support shape Jayva. Sitting at the helm of our business, Nicola gives direction, encouragement and genuine care to our team, creating the culture that allows our people to thrive.
We presented Nicola with some well-deserved spa vouchers as a small gesture of appreciation for the enormous contribution she makes to Jayva daily.
These achievements reflect the dedication, flexibility and willingness to support one another that runs throughout our company.
Building connections beyond the workplace
Following the business update, colleagues, friends and members of our wider network gathered at The Lawn Club in Spinningfields for a summer social. After a busy afternoon of conversations, it was a chance to relax together, enjoy good food and drinks, and celebrate everything we’ve achieved as a team.
Strong relationships are central to how we work. Taking time to connect outside our everyday roles enhances the teamwork and collaboration that ultimately benefit our clients.
Looking ahead
As we move into the second half of 2026, we’re dedicated to keep investing in our people, developing our services and strengthening our support within the UK and Ireland.
Our regional update was a great reminder of what makes Jayva unique – a talented and passionate team, united by a shared commitment to helping law firms work smarter. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, grateful for the people who make it possible and excited for the future ahead.
