About Leilah


 

Leilah joined Jayva in 2025 as a Business Administration Apprentice and now supports our client projects as a Project Coordinator & Business Administration Assistant. She plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly – from managing client communications and training schedules to maintaining accurate project records and ensuring quality standards are met.

Highly organised and hands-on, Leilah uses tools such as Monday.com and Teams to track project progress, coordinate diaries for consultants and prepare resources for training. She is often the first point of contact for clients, known for her clear, friendly and professional approach.

Leilah brings strong customer service and organisational skills from her previous roles in hospitality, and her proactive approach to learning means she’s become a master of Jayva’s processes and systems, as well as those of our clients. Her commitment, resilience and creativity make her a valued member of our team, helping us deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every client.

Outside work, Leilah enjoys dancing, keeping up with world events, exploring fashion and beauty trends, and staying active at the gym.
