About Maddie
As Implementation Consultant, Maddie supports law firms at every stage of their software transformation – from initial set up and configuration through to training, adoption and ongoing optimisation. Her hands-on approach and focus on the client experience ensure every business she works with feels confident and fully equipped to make the most of their new technology.
Maddie’s career in law began in 2021, when she joined a law office as an intern and quickly advanced through the roles of legal assistant and paralegal. These positions gave her valuable insight into the day-to-day realities of legal practice and a deep appreciation of how technology can simplify processes, enhance compliance and drive performance. She joined Jayva in 2025, bringing with her a passion for connecting legal operations with digital innovation.
Holding a BA in Politics and Criminal Justice, Maddie combines analytical thinking and legal know-how with a strong understanding of organisational systems – all of which are qualities that underpin her success in delivering effective implementation projects.
Outside of work, Maddie is dedicated to community service and volunteers at the Pine Haven Boys Center, a residential facility supporting boys with behavioural, educational and emotional needs. Her commitment to helping others reflects the same empathy and care she brings to every client engagement.
