About Mairead
As Project Support Assistant, Mairead plays an essential role in supporting Jayva’s software roll-out projects, ensuring that implementation activities run smoothly from start to finish. She provides hands-on assistance to project managers, consultants, trainers and clients – helping to coordinate tasks, maintain project documentation, keep installations on track, and meet milestones and deadlines always.
Highly organised and detail-focused, Mairead manages project workflows using tools such as Monday.com and Teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates and seamless coordination across teams. Her two decades of experience in IT testing, systems administration and compliance give her a strong grounding in structured processes, data accuracy and best-practice standards – all of which are crucial during software transitions.
Mairead is known for her calm, methodical approach and her commitment to delivering a reliable, efficient support experience for colleagues, clients and partners. Her approachable manner, professionalism and integrity make her a trusted point of contact across Jayva’s operations.
Mairead is a proud mum of two university students and an active member of Our Lady of Grace parish. Music fuels her – from classical to metal – and the outdoors keeps her grounded. Walking and running are her passions, with Heaton Park Parkrun as her second home and Prestwich Plodders Running Club as her second family. She’s completed seven half marathons and has three more lined up for 2026, with her next big goal being to find the perfect race back on Irish soil.
