About Sue
Sue is an experienced Implementation Consultant with a legal sector career spanning more than 30 years. She began her professional journey in 1994 as an IT Consultant before progressing into specialist roles in training and support for law firms and legal software providers.
At Jayva, Sue delivers expert pre- and post-implementation consultancy, training and support for clients adopting new practice management and legal accounting software, alongside associated Microsoft applications. She combines deep technical knowledge with an approachable, client-centred style – ensuring businesses gain maximum value from their technology investments while embedding efficient, compliant and confident use of their systems.
Known for her collaborative spirit and passion for client success, Sue plays a key role in helping clients modernise their operations and harness technology to drive lasting change.
Beyond her professional life, Sue is a busy mum of two and an enthusiastic traveller.
