As Global Project Operations Lead at Jayva, Sarah ensures the smooth, controlled and successful delivery of legal technology implementation, consulting and training projects across multiple regions and time zones.
Sarah oversees the operational mechanics behind complex client engagements – for guaranteed visibility across project timelines, milestones, resources and risks which keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
With a highly organised and solutions-focused approach, Sarah coordinates delivery activity across consultants, trainers, technical specialists, support teams and third-party software suppliers, making sure projects are executed consistently, transparently and in line with both professional services best practice and regulatory requirements.
Through Sarah’s essential oversight, Jayva’s consultants and trainers can focus on strategic client relationships and solution outcomes. Playing a key role in governance, reporting and continuous improvement – from identifying potential issues and managing dependencies to supporting forecasting and maintaining quality – means that clients continue to receive the high service standards for which Jayva is renowned.
Known for her collaborative working style, attention to detail, flexibility and multi-tasking approach, Sarah acts as a trusted operational partner across the business, assisting internal and external teams as well as clients through fast-moving, complicated technology projects.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling and exploring new places, reading historical fiction and staying active at the gym. She’s also the proud owner of a miniature Dachshund called Chorizo, who makes life entertaining away from the world of project delivery.
