Based in Florida, Melissa is part of Jayva’s international implementation and legal accounting team, bringing her practice management know-how, financial expertise and attention to detail to every project.
With a background in legal accounting and hands-on experience supporting the operations of American law offices, Melissa combines a strong understanding of accounts principles with a practical appreciation of the day-to-day needs of legal practices. Prior to joining Jayva, she worked within a busy legal finance environment where she developed a solid grounding in accounting processes and compliance standards.
Melissa supports clients through the full lifecycle of practice management software implementation – from configuration and data migration to end-user training and post-go-live support. She’s passionate about helping law firms work more efficiently by optimising case management tools, and ensuring their accounting systems and bookkeeping procedures are straightforward, accurate and compliant.
