About Jessica
Based in North Carolina, Jessica brings a strong blend of project management, client service and accounting expertise to her role at Jayva. Her background spans the legal, accounting and professional services sectors – experience that underpins her practical approach to helping law firms implement and optimise their practice management and legal accounting systems.
Jessica began her career in the law industry as a legal assistant before moving into finance and project management roles where she honed her skills in software, consulting, accounting and processes. Prior to joining Jayva, she managed complex client projects by overseeing delivery from concept to completion and ensuring each engagement was handled with precision, care and professionalism.
At Jayva, Jessica combines her eye for detail with a passion for building lasting client relationships. She works closely with law firms to guide them through software implementation, accounting set up and system training – always focused on creative, efficient solutions that boost compliance and ensure long-term success.
When not working, Jessica volunteers at the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Greensboro whose mission is to build a better world where everyone has a safe, decent place to live. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina, Jessica is a keen reader. She can also be found learning how to deconstruct and reconstruct her home, hiking, and making costumes and crafts with her children.
