About Ashling
Ashling is Jayva’s Implementation Consultant, supporting our clients across Ireland with hands-on consultancy, system onboarding, bespoke training and tailored guidance throughout their entire LEAP journey – from first engagement to handover to our client success team.
With more than two decades of experience as a Legal Executive specialising in family law, litigation and medical negligence, Ashling brings exceptional practical insight into how law firms operate day to day. Having worked inside legal practice since 2003, she understands the pressures, workflows and client expectations that legal professionals manage – and she uses this experience to deliver implementation assistance that’s realistic, empathetic and genuinely aligned to the needs of managers, fee earners and support staff.
Her academic background includes a Diploma in Legal Studies from the Institute of Technology Carlow and a Law Society of Ireland Diploma. She’s also an active member of the Family Lawyers Association of Ireland, strengthening her specialist understanding of the law sector.
Ashling’s impressive legal expertise, combined with her notable passion for legal technology, allows her to bridge the gap between legal practice and modern software adoption. Whether assisting with system configuration, delivering training or guiding firms through process transformation, she takes a detail-oriented, client-focused approach to every case management and legal accounting software implementation project.
Proudly Ireland born and bred, Ashling combines local insight with a warm, collaborative approach, making her a valued partner for every law firm she supports.
Outside of work, Ashling enjoys travelling, reading, running and pilates.
