When making a decision to change your practice management software, one of the things which can get brushed over pre sale is how your data will be converted. You’ll need to convert your data and documents from one system to another, and this can be a fairly laborious task. Systems vary greatly and often expectations about what “data conversion included” means can have wildly differing results. Jayva UK has risen from Bronze to Silver Partner status in recognition of the amount of Xero certified staff now employed at the company and volume of clients Jayva's set up on the Xero accounting system.

When multi-site, full-service law firm, Bell Lamb & Joynson, migrated systems to LEAP Legal Software and Xero, Jayva was drafted in on a complete project management capacity.

Calthrops Solicitors has introduced a sophisticated cloud-based system for case management and legal accounting - with Jayva providing liaison, technical and strategic support between Calthrops and its IT company; managing the overall implementation; and delivering software training to end users.

Nicola Moore-Miller, Managing Director at Jayva UK Ltd, has demonstrated her commitment to ongoing service development following her Xero certified advisor accreditation late in 2015, to swiftly achieving Bronze Partner status in January 2016.

Harrogate-based Truth Legal purchased LEAP Legal Software to replace its incumbent case management and accounting system. Jayva UK Ltd, as LEAP's official UK certified consultant, was instructed to manage the implementation project.
