Key hire for Jayva’s US branch

Our UK-headquartered company has made a key hire to support our US delivery programme. We’ve appointed Matthew Dagle to the position of Implementation Consultant for Jayva US.

As certified consultants for LEAP Legal Software, Matthew’s role at Jayva is to provide front-line support for law firms adopting LEAP’s case management and legal accounting system.

Having worked as a paralegal for the past four years, previously undertaking an internship under the supervision of a contract lawyer, recently successfully completing a four-year evening programme at Suffolk Law School and having already achieved a bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Matthew understands how the law operates and challenges faced by the industry. With a keen interest in technology and innovation, Matthew is ideally placed to help attorneys introduce technologies and practices that enable them to work more efficiently and profitably via the combined LEAP-Jayva solution.

Matthew comments:

“Jayva has welcomed me in with open arms and I couldn’t be more grateful to be a part of such an amazing group of people. They have helped me fine-tune my skills and knowledge of the legal industry, and enabled me to assist law firms across New England improve on their overall efficiency. As a growing company ourselves, it brings me true pleasure to be able to empower a business to boost their bottom line. Things are off to a great start here at Jayva and I can’t wait to see what 2019 has in store for us!”

Nicola Moore-Miller, Jayva’s President, states:

“LEAP continues to go from strength to strength in the US. With responsibility for implementation of LEAP in the New England States, Jayva US is growing rapidly too. There’s a definite need for a product like LEAP, which is tailored to the smaller law firm. With Matthew now on board, and another new recruit joining in two weeks, we can even better support clients with services encompassing installation, configuration, precedent creation, end user training, legal accounts training, project management, change management, follow up training and support, and data entry.

“It’s hard to explain, but somehow I just knew, the minute I spoke to Matthew, he was exactly the sort of guy we needed in the team. His paralegal background is a huge asset, but in all honesty, it was his personality which sealed the deal. He has a natural ability to build a rapport with clients and co-workers alike. He is knowledgeable, down to earth and so likeable, hence why we’ve had phenomenal feedback on him since he joined. I could not imagine Jayva US without him now, in only a few months, we’ve built a team relationship which is as strong as one which has taken years. We feel incredibly lucky.”

Our ambitious growth strategy matches that of LEAP. A new recruit is forecasted to join our Jayva US team each quarter in 2019, so anyone interested in becoming part of a dynamic and diverse team can connect with us on social media and be amongst the first to hear about job vacancies and new hires.
