We further strengthen talent base to support continued US growth

We’ve appointed Robert Bailey to the role of Implementation Consultant & Project Manager with responsibility for overseeing LEAP software implementations in enterprise practices.

Having launched in the US mid 2018, our American division has grown exponentially in the intervening 6-month period, and Rob is the latest in a series of senior hires, all of which lay strong foundations for continuing growth within our business.

In his position as Implementation Consultant & Project Manager, Rob supports law firms with the rollout of LEAP’s case management and legal accounting software by collaborating closely with clients and the wider Jayva team, delivering projects on time and to budget, and ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied upon each project’s completion. Rob will manage each installation from initial kick-off meeting to post-implementation handover to the LEAP Client Success team.

Rob’s well connected in the industry, and brings a vast range of experience and key skills. He first began his career in the legal sector some 15 years ago as legal assistant for a small New York-based law firm, moved on to holding several high-level legal technology consultancy and management roles while working with AMLAW 100 firms to efficiently organize and digitize their ediscovery matters for trial, and most recently as the owner of his own courtroom presentation technology company.

Rob comments:

“Having owned my own business, worked with large and small firms around the country as well as the government market, I am excited to come back to New England and work with the great people here at Jayva. I hope that my past experience will be an asset to our clients as we help attorneys take advantage of all that LEAP has to offer them. 2019 and beyond looks to be an exciting time for LEAP here in the US and for our team here at Jayva. I am very much looking forward to being a part of that growth.”

Nicola Moore-Miller, Jayva’s president, says:

“We’re seeing rising interest in LEAP from large firm attorneys to small firms. That’s why we’ve recruited a dedicated Project Manager for the enterprise firms. Rob is ideally placed to assume this role, as he has vast legal knowledge but has run his own business for many years too so can relate to the challenges faced by business owners, and deliver effective consultancy solutions. Not only will he manage project delivery, he’ll also operate as Implementation Consultant. This means he really does know the LEAP software inside out, and will be a valuable source of product knowledge to our clients, while being able to manage the project and holistically deliver the best results for every firm.

“Rob has settled in so well and feels very much like a longstanding part of our team already. His down to earth approach, great communication and organizational skills are already having a very positive impact on our business. He is a pragmatic thinker, and also a really great guy who we all enjoy being around, clients and employees alike. He’s a fantastic asset to Jayva and we warmly welcome him into our team.”

Our recruitment drive is ongoing with new employees forecasted for each quarter. We’ll be announcing job vacancies and new hires on social media.
