About Olivia
Olivia brings a distinctive blend of legal and technical expertise to her role as Implementation Consultant at Jayva. She spent six years working within the New Zealand legal sector in roles spanning office assistant, legal executive and trust/client accountant, giving her first-hand insight into the pressures and priorities of modern legal practice. She then transitioned into legal technology, spending the last three years leading system implementations, delivering hands-on training and supporting firms through their technology transformation, including accurate trust and client account reconciliation.
This combined experience has instilled in Olivia a deep understanding of how well-designed software can revolutionise a law firm’s day-to-day operations. Now working with practices globally, she partners with clients to streamline processes, optimise workflows and maximise the value of their software. Her approach is practical, empathetic and results-focused, ensuring technology genuinely supports the people who use it.
Outside of work, Olivia is an adventurer at heart, with passions ranging from hockey, netball and scuba diving to international travel, and spending quality time with family and friends.
