About Lorna
For over two decades, Lorna has worked in the law sector, both for firms of solicitors and legal software providers, in a system implementation, technology training, business process improvement consultancy, and project and change management capacity. Passionate about helping companies get more from IT and streamline procedures, Lorna’s role at Jayva is to support law firms with software roll out, configuration and adoption – of existing and new applications alike.
Her diverse experience across the board in technology usage, soft skills and leadership, coupled with her vast knowledge of the industry dating back as far as 2001, combined with her City & Guilds and CIPD training certifications position Lorna ideally as Jayva’s Implementation Consultant. In this role, she’s responsible for delivering the full range of software-related services for clients choosing, installing, customising and upskilling in advanced case management and legal accounting technology.
Lorna is the proud owner of a Miniature Schnauzer called Ellie and can usually be found out-and-about in her local area on dog walks. She’s passionate about gardening and spends hours cultivating and tending to her garden at home. Lorna’s other interests include keeping fit and going to music concerts.
