About Chad

 

Joining Jayva’s APAC division in 2024, Chad is a pivotal member of the implementation and consultancy team, supporting law firms situated in New Zealand and Australia with the rollout of LEAP Legal Software.

Chad’s wide-ranging responsibilities cover guiding clients through onboarding, delivering tailored training programmes, optimising workflows and making process improvements – all of which align LEAP’s advanced case and practice management toolkit with each company’s strategic goals.

The software industry features heavily in Chad’s career, including two previous roles for legal software vendors, and he’s attained an impressive array of business qualifications, not least a degree from Massey University. As such, Chad possesses the comprehensive skillset and know-how needed to nurture clients through system installation projects – easily and successfully.

When not at work, Chad likes to compose and produce music, capture drone footage, or go to the gym.
