About Aneta
New to Jayva in 2024, Aneta’s role as Head of APAC Service Delivery and Global Migrations entails managing our implementation teams in New Zealand and Australia, overseeing transitions to LEAP Legal Software in the same region, acting as an escalation point for client migration queries, building relationships between Jayva, LEAP and other partners, and streamlining project management processes globally with the rest of our senior leaders.
Aneta has held leadership roles throughout her career, latterly in the law sector working for software vendors in Scotland and America since 2017. Aneta’s move to Jayva is a key element of the restructured Jayva-LEAP alliance which sees the outward-facing client services continue in the same way alongside internal staffing changes between our two businesses.
Aneta is a mum of one with another baby on the way. She’s a water sports enthusiast and loves cardio boxing for exercise. Originally from Poland, she grew up in Scotland (UK), studied in Queensland (Australia) and has worked in Scotland, America and, now, Australia.
