Turns out, we weren’t following our own advice! When we launched Jayva US Inc in 2018, we set it up with its own dedicated IT infrastructure, website, social media channels and email inbox, which wasn’t the most streamlined approach. Luckily, we’re never ones to shy away from making a change. Earlier this year, we decided to harness all our own resources under one international umbrella.

Step up Jayva Global. It’s official: we’re now one big, happy Jayva family, offline and on.

Not only have we brought our UK and US websites together at jayvaglobal.com, we’ve also upgraded our collective IT systems, heightened our security protocols, and put new helpdesk and CRM systems in place. The world now really is our oyster!

Of course, going global with our systems, isn’t just about making our IT and marketing processes more efficient. It’s also about bringing even bigger value to the law firms we work with.

We employ and contract more than twenty-five professionals across four countries. Each person brings unique insight and expertise, and each one is a valuable piece of the Jayva puzzle. We believe we should be able to match up every client to the right professional at the right time, no matter where they are in the world. Luckily, the virtual tools we now have at our fingertips allow us to do this. Our clients can now flexibly and cost-effectively access the right individuals, skills and resources for them, no time consuming and expensive travel necessary for the majority of the assignments!

Though there are a few regional variations in the services we offer, you can rest assured that our company mission is the same worldwide.
