About Susan
A results-oriented IT trainer, consultant, project manager and leader with a solid background in IT service delivery, Susan has vast experience running large-scale projects and supervising big teams, at all times managing expectations, risk and change.
Having held IT-related roles for the past 20 years of her career, Susan works closely with law firms to ensure clients achieve the best return from their technology investment. Susan’s strong people skills mean she engages well with stakeholders at every level, both internally and externally to the business.
In her position as Director of Global Professional Services, Susan is responsible for our global service delivery and its quality, making sure we exceed client expectations, operate effectively, achieve defined business targets and improve continually.
So that our projects are managed optimally, Susan’s involved in recruiting, training, mentoring and developing Jayva’s consultancy and training personnel. As our client experience guru, Susan’s role includes the smooth delivery of all client-facing services.
In her spare time, Susan’s interested in arts and culture, and volunteers at the Manchester International Festival both behind-the-scenes interviewing and training new volunteers, and front-of-house manning events.
